High Line to Feature Towering Buddha Sculpture
A 27-foot-tall Buddha sculpture, "The Light That Shines Through the Universe" by Tuan Andrew Nguyen, will replace a pigeon on Manhattan's High Line, paying tribute to the destroyed Bamiyan Buddhas.
